Position Purpose
The Tamarind Learning (TL) e-Learning Administrator will report to the CEO and work collaboratively with the Tamarind Learning Team. In this role, the Administrator will manage and coordinate Tamarind Learning administration and procedures to ensure a positive onboarding and users’ learning experience with respect to new learners, cohorts, and enterprise clients. The Administrator will be a self-motivated professional capable of wearing multiple hats, is experienced in handling a wide range of online administrative duties and client support-related tasks, and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Well organized, flexible, and enjoys the challenges of supporting an e-learning platform and working with remote clients. The Administrator will participate in the ongoing build-out and development of the Tamarind Learning Management System (TLMS) and should strive to contribute a best-practices philosophy in all functional areas, including improving workflow, simplifying reporting procedures, and enhancing service delivery to prospective and current users.
Key Contributions
Tamarind Learning Administration & Analyst:
- Develop and document policies and procedures for the TLMS
- Manage and maintain templates for each program and manage FAQs
- Point person for customer service and support ticket questions and concerns
- Support with the organizing and scheduling of calls/meetings, mentoring calls/meetings, and enterprise calls/meetings
- Maintain records and notes for all calls, meetings, and enterprise relationships
- Organize TL FAQs, administrative operations, invoicing, and procedures
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new users including family offices, institutions, and individuals
- Assist with social media
- Assist with curriculum and content development
- Assist with special projects as needed
- Provide backup and assistance to TL team members
- Project management, including tracking deadlines and delivery of work projects, TL updates, and business development
- Work with COO to manage, review, and proof contracts and invoicing
Information & Systems Administration:
- Ensure online filing systems are maintained and current
- Ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of data is protected and maintained
- Assists with document management system for TL including core learning assets, images, videos, documents, picture files, and storage systems
- Assist with update and implementation of records retention policy
- Maintain database of relationships and business development leads
Ideal Candidate Qualities
- Proven e-learning management, administrative, or business analyst experience
- Strong computer skills and ability to understand and operate Tamarind Learning Management System
- Knowledge of e-learning management responsibilities and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask, prioritize work, and achieve milestones and deliverables
- Ability to adapt to changes in direction quickly and respond effectively to client or prospective users’ requests/needs
- Detail-oriented, dependable, ability to plan, well organized, complete work with minimal or no supervision
- Proven ability to solve problems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of remote learning, financial, investment, business, and management principles
- Aptitude to understand highly technical topics
- Ability to communicate effectively with advisors, owners, and young adult family members with respect to their needs and expectations for Tamarind Learning
- Exhibit utmost care, integrity, diplomacy, and grace with client, advisor, and prospect communications

Job Type: Full-time, Contract to Permanent
Location: Waukesha, WI and remote
The expectation is that this individual works a minimum of two days a week in the office. Ability to work remotely up to three days a week after the first onboarding month.
